Testing two programs: Facegen and Hypershot.
Rough Mesh
Facegen allow to mold the face mesh to the photo provided, it does reasonably a good job for a rough start, after playing around can start in other 3d packages.
Hypershot is awesome for quick renders by assigning different shaders, materials/ Also couple of preset HDRI maps for your use are provided, like the kitchen.
